We advocate for the diversity and inclusion of the marginalized community to access their rights

Being a community-based organization, our approach towards development is bottom-up and it highlights our commitment to the welfare of sexual minorities. Through our inclusive and community-friendly programmes, we are providing counseling and care, and support to the MSM and Transgender community. Our projects support individuals to access their rights such as medical services and counselling and referral services. The community can access our counseling services to seek support in understanding their sexuality, which will help them to come out with their identity, relationship issues, safe sex practices, testing for HIV, and addressing the issues of discrimination.
In this connection, the organization has conceptualized and initiated an intervention to deal with the crisis that affect the community. The crisis management interventions are designed to provide support to the community at various hotspots in the intervention areas. However, the organization is also committed to improving the economic status of the community through interventions that help enhance skills related to alternative livelihood.
