CRISIS INTERVENTION

Project Period: 2020 to 2025

About Project: The purpose of this project is to provide counselling, rehabilitation, medical and legal aid services to community members who are facing stigma and discrimination from the general population. Crisis management is helping the community work safely and lead a quality life. 

Activities of the Project: 

Identify the crisis: Conduct meetings with support groups at the hotspot level to learn and map the issues of key populations, collect information about the reasons and develop action plans to resolve the crisis.  

• Rehabilitation: Provide temporally rehabilitation to those who are victimized by the crisis. 
• Legal Aid: Provide legal services to those who are victimized by the crisis, if it is needed. 
• Medical Support: Provide medical support in case of physical injury. 

Project Reach Out: 

• By April 2023, the project able to address 106 crises.
